Lamella actuator LLA
Lamella actuators from AUMÜLLER have a square, shapely aluminum housing that encloses the microprocessor-controlled electronics, the motor gear unit and the spindle with the coupling mechanism to the lamella. The end caps are made of gray plastic. After assembly, the drive housing rests against the slat frame. By painting the drive housing in the color of the slat window, it integrates elegantly into the overall design of the facade.
The drivers for transmitting the drive force to the slat linkage can be customized. As standard, they are made of polyamide (PA6) with a cutout of 13 x 22 x 8 mm. The stroke lengths are adapted to the respective slat types.
The integrated microprocessor with path detection system ensures convenient, self-learning stroke recognition. The running direction and operating mode as solo/ or synchronous drive is set via DIP switches. In addition, you can freely program the essential drive parameters, such as stroke length, speed, force and synchronous operation, for specific objects. Soft start and soft stop protect the slat linkage and the fastening elements from premature wear. And if things do get stuck, an emergency closing program is available. You can activate this quickly and easily by holding a magnet over the integrated reed contact. This minimizes material damage in the event of a malfunction.
The drive housing is fastened to the lateral slat frame in an installation-friendly and time-saving manner via concealed holes below the slanted end caps. Up to 6 vane drives can be operated in synchronous operation to actuate large vane fields.
Application area
Due to their slim design, louvre drives from AUMÜLLER lie flat against the profile frame and are ideally suited for the electromotive operation of louvre windows. They can be used in SHE systems and for natural ventilation via automated windows.
The window openers are mounted on the side frame profile of the louvre window.
Thanks to microprocessor-controlled load cut-off electronics, synchronous operation in drive systems is possible without additional modules, as well as project-specific programming.
Manufacturers of louvre windows appreciate the self-learning stroke recognition, the convenient installation and the user-friendly emergency closing safety function.
