Spindle drive for skylight domes
Attention! If you need this drive as a replacement for a Colt drive, please check the version before ordering. This drive is supplied with an eyebolt and a base diameter of 54mm. If you need this actuator in the version with an eyebolt M12 and a foot diameter of 45mm (and cross hole), this is the right one: Spindle actuator JM-BB-500-0125-L /Ø45Qrb. /A-M12 (Article 5244)
Unfortunately, the type designation on the nameplate is the same for both actuators.
The most common application of this maintenance-free motor opener are skylight domes and arcade rooflights of various manufacturers. With the help of our universal bracket you are able to retrofit your opening units with a ventilation option in just a few steps. Often, the hardware parts (sash bracket, etc.) are already attached by the manufacturer and only firmly locked.
The drive has integrated thermal protection, thus ensuring reliable protection in the event of an overload, and also has a built-in cut-off relay so that several drives can be connected in parallel without any problems.
With the help of the signal contact, you can, for example, have a control lamp light up when the drive is extended or pass on a message to the building control system.
