SIMON PROtec compact control panel SP-300

The Shaft Panel (SP-300) is a compact central system in the SHEVS area, where the smoke extraction runs through the shaft in the building, which goes vertically over all floors. The system consists of one HSP with a smoke damper at the end of the shaft and one SP on each floor, which in turn controls a smoke damper. In the event of a smoke and heat ventilation alarm (triggering), the targeted opening of the smoke extraction flaps in the shaft causes the smoke to be discharged upwards via the shaft. The system can be supplemented by a staircase control system.

Safe housing for components

The electrical control unit is housed in a sealable plastic enclosure and contains the power supply, emergency power supply and all the control and regulation electronics for operating 24 V DC drives for windows and smoke extraction dampers. In case of fire as well as for daily ventilation, the SP-300 controls the connected drives. The ventilation function also serves as a regular function check of the shaft system.
In the event of a power failure, the emergency power supply ensures the function of the Shaft system for at least 72 hours. The connection lines for the SHE button (HE - manual control device), smoke detector (RM), fire alarm system (BMZ) and drives are monitored.
Changes to product-specific settings as well as maintenance and diagnostic work are possible via the SimonLink parameterization and diagnostics software.
