Application
Automatic detector for wind direction-dependent opening and closing of electric motor-operated building openings in case of smoke and heat ventilation.
Mode of operation of a wind direction-dependent control (according to DIN 18232-2)
When there is no wind and wind speeds <|-| 1 m/s, all NRA/RWA and supply air surfaces in the outer walls of the smoke section are opened. At speeds >|-| 1 m/s, only the supply air and NRA/RWA surfaces in the respective wall surfaces facing away from the wind are opened. The wind speeds and wind directions
are measured above the roof and averaged over a period of 10 ± 2 minutes.
Operating requirements MBZ 300
- Connection and configuration require in addition to the wind direction sensor, wind sensor and possibly rain sensor:
- Weather module WM
- Licensed software for configuring the MBZ 300
