Nekos chain drive set KATO 305 Syncro³ - 230V - 2 drives

In the Syncro³ version, the drives communicate with each other via a direct connection, which allows the force, speed and resistance of the individual drives to be controlled at any time by reading the operating encoders assigned to the individual motors. The constant exchange of information allows the drives to open and close in a synchronized manner. Syncro³ is the evolution of the first patent, which provided for the installation and wiring of a maximum of two directly connected motors. Today, Syncro³ software allows up to 8 motors to be directly connected to each other without the need for centralized controls for external synchronization.

The number of drives to be attached to the clamping device during Syncro³ operation depends on its dimensions, weight and type. From a width of 1,200 mm, the use of two motors is recommended to ensure that the closing device is moved correctly and closes tightly all around. The use of another drive is recommended every additional 1,200 mm of width.

Electric chain drive with double-row four-link chain enclosed in a proper aluminum container. The drive is suitable for the movement of top-hung and bottom-hung windows as well as domes and hatches. Push and pull force 300 N. Designed for an operating voltage of 110 / 230V AC (50/60 Hz) or, in the case of SHEV systems, 24V DC low voltage in accordance with the European standard EN 12101-2. Included in the delivery are universal hinged retaining brackets with quick coupling and without screws. End of travel cut-off during opening electronically with three strokes (200 - 300 - 500 mm) that can be adjusted at any time using dip switches, during closing controlled by power consumption and generally acting as overload protection. Soft-Stop and Relax functions. Parallel connection possible. Standard colors: black (RAL 9005) with black cable, white (RA L9010) and gray (RAL 9006) with white cables.
