SIMON PROtec chain drive EA230-K-50

The current new development from SIMON PROtec Systems GmbH is characterized not only by its aesthetic surface design, but also by its excellent technical properties and the extensive range of brackets. For easier installation, the drilling distance of the bracket has been changed to 43 mm.

Quiet drive for highest demands

The EA230-K-50 has a push and pull force of 500 N with a low current consumption. A soft start guarantees a low inrush current and prevents a voltage dip of the mains voltage. An electronic zero-point reset, smooth running and low noise are also features of the chain drive EA230-K-50. Equipped with a soft-close section, the chain drive closes quietly approximately 75 mm before the end position "CLOSED". The force is reduced to 200 N as standard. This value can be increased to 500 N via SIMON-Link . In addition, the speed of the actuator is reduced (function can be switched on and off via SIMON-Link). The strokes can be freely set in 100 mm steps via the DIP switch.

Housed in an attractive sheet steel housing , the compact housing also fits into sophisticated building designs. The ribbed surface lends a particularly refined look that fits seamlessly into existing building designs. 

The upper console is included in the scope of delivery. The side consoles must be ordered separately.
