UCS EPS control unit for 230V motors

EPS entrapment protection system provides protection to people near the automated window area, including children or people with limited attention and reaction, especially in case of accessible windows or with automatic control without visual contact. The infrared active sensor or other presence sensor signals the control unit in the event of a foreign presence; the EPS system reverses the closing movement for 3 seconds to release any objects or body parts that may be trapped in the window, and then stops the power supply to the actuator. EPS can also provide the visual and audible signal in case of presence sensor interventions. In addition, it is possible to continue the closing action as soon as the foreign presence disappears. It is possible to connect more than one actuator and / or sensor to the control unit.
