The ECO 1003 optical smoke detector reliably detects smoke generated in the event of a fire. It is used when fires with smoke development or smoldering fires are to be detected at an early stage. The detection works according to the scattered light principle: the smoke entering the chamber refracts a beam of light and ensures that a receiver detects this signal and transmits it to a connected SHEV control panel. A clearly visible LED indicates which detector has triggered. The detector has an easy-to-remove cover that allows for easy cleaning. Included in the delivery is the ECO 1000 BR 470 Ohm base.
