PNEUMATIC CYLINDER PODV
Standard version with upper suspension and end position locking on both sides (double locking)
- Double-acting pneumatic cylinder
- Cylinder tube made of anodized aluminum (E6C0)
- Piston rod made of stainless steel 1.4104 with female thread M8 and dirt wiper
- Recommended operating pressure 6 - 10bar
- Maximum static working pressure 60 bar
- Standard version with upper suspension and end position locking on both sides (double locking)
- Standard installation dimension (distance between eye bolt and suspension) with upper suspension 70mm. Enlargement of the installation dimension is possible on request
- Stepless suspension by means of clamping piece (on request)
- Ambient temperature range -25 to +60°C, according to VdS 2159 for 2h to +110°C
- Maximum holding force of the interlocks 6.500N
- Locks can be released by hand
- VdS approval number G 500008 (up to 1.400mm stroke)
- Including eye bolt AS M8x40-Ø8, as well as 2 swivel fittings SV 6-12-1/8 (for pipes outer diameter 6mm, bearing collar diameter 12mm)
