The Homematic IP actuator provides stepless, motorized control of underfloor heating valves for convenient room climate control. Compared to conventional actuators, the motorized actuator enables precise regulation of the flow rate, allowing boilers to be utilized more efficiently and temperatures to be controlled much more precisely. When used in an apartment building, this can typically save over €50 in electricity costs.

The actuator technology, proven millions of times over in radiator control, is also used in the actuator and ensures precise and reliable regulation of the valve position required in each case. The Homematic IP system automatically detects the respective valve position as well as the stroke, which simplifies installation and protects the mechanics. The actuator is controlled via the Homematic IP floor heating actuator |-|- 12-fold, motorized (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) in combination with a Homematic IP wall thermostat (e. g. |-|B. HmIP-WTH-2). The actuator can be mounted without tools using a click lock and flexibly in any position, such as overhead. Thanks to the prepared plug, the electrical connection is also completed in a few seconds. The supplied M30 x 1.5 mm mounting adapter enables quick installation on the most common valves from leading manufacturers. Suitable adapters are available for other valve types.
