STG Beikirch synchronous module SM3 1.0A/1.0A/C for M9 drives with 650N lifting force

For operating two drives  for drives M9 with 650N lifting force on a window or on a roof flap

The SM3 synchronous module is a microprocessor-controlled synchronization and switch-off control for the simultaneous operation of two 24 V DC smoke extraction and/or ventilation drives on one opening element (sash/dome, etc.). The design of the synchronous module is determined by the application and the current consumption of the drives.

Advantages / features:

• For operating two drives with signal transmitters, without limit switches,
• without built-in load cut-off
• Safe operation for stroke widths of up to 1,000 mm, regardless of the running times of the drives and
• the material of the windows or roof flaps
• For distances between SM3 and drives up to 10 m cable length
• Compensation of possible runtime differences through integrated overrun times in the CLOSE direction
• Factory preset switch-off thresholds for raising and lowering operation
• Additional configuration options via the service port interface

Areas of application:

• For operating two drives with signal transmitters, without limit switches, without integrated load cut-off

Material:

• If load-related differences occur, these are automatically compensated and exact synchronization is guaranteed
• In the end positions and in the event of overload in the intermediate positions, the drives switch off the integrated current-dependent overload cut-off via 
• After reaching the end position, the synchronous module locks against multiple actuation in the same direction and can only be actuated in the opposite direction
• Defective or missing drives are detected and the control of other connected drives is prevented
