Chain drives push a back-stiff chain out of the housing at a 90° angle. Back stiff means that the chain can only bend in one direction. For this...
In rack drives, a gear motor mounted on the side pushes a steel rack out or in via a pinion. The rack is guided in a tube. The...
Pneumatic cylinders are often used in SHEV systems. They do not require an electrical connection, but are operated with CO2 (up to 60bar...

Alarm boxes, often also called emergency release stations or CO2 emergency release boxes, are mounted at eye level in the area of access points and are...
Pushbutton valves are used when pneumatically operated SHEV systems are not only to be opened with CO2 in case of fire, but also ventilation...
Thermal releases, often called thermal initiators or TAGs, are used to trigger a smoke and heat exhaust ventilator (SHEV) locally in the...
Compressed gas generators are pyrotechnic elements and are used for remote triggering of thermal tripping devices. When a...
Quick exhaust valves are used to vent pressurized systems more quickly and thus allow cylinders to run faster.
Check valves allow the medium (CO2, compressed air, oil, water, ...) to flow through in one direction only.

With this universally suitable synchronization control you can operate two 24V DC drives and realize the following functions:
The drives do not start abruptly, but accelerate to the maximum speed within one second. This protects the mechanical components and does not load the power supply as much.
The two drives start with a 10-second offset. This allows, for example, double flaps or generally overlapping elements to be operated with the correct timing.
Both drives move at exactly the same speed. even with unequal loads, the speed always adapts to the slowest drive. The drives therefore act as if they were mechanically coupled to each other. This is particularly necessary when glass elements have to be driven by motor.
The stroke length of the drives can be very easily limited electronically. Night cycling is also no longer possible - this means that the windows or skylights can still be adapted to the structural conditions at a later date.
Some drives still require a separate electronic load cut-off. When using our GLR-1 synchronization control, this is no longer necessary. An adjustment can be made in steps of 0.2A up to 1.6A per drive. If the drive already has a load cut-off, this functionality can be deactivated. All adjustments are well documented in the instruction manual and can be easily made on site without special tools. If you have any questions, please call us, we will be happy to help you!
