All-rounder for all cases: New locking drive FVUx from Aumüller Aumatic

The new FVUx locking drive from Aumüller Aumatic is an all-rounder for all locking applications thanks to its compact dimensions and universal mounting options in three variants. With the high tensile and compressive force of 600 N, even large windows can be opened quickly and securely. The short and narrow design of only 415mm x 26mm x 26mm (L x W x H) allows the FVUI variant to be integrated into a wide range of profiles and, with the FVUB and FVUR designs, inconspicuous surface-mounted installation in inward and outward opening windows respectively. The FVUx locking drive is available immediately.

The forces of 600 N make it possible to move all common hardware systems and achieve fast opening times of only five seconds. This makes the FVUx ideally suited for use in Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilators (NSHEVS) in conjunction with Aumüller's chain, spindle and flap lever drives. By creating large smoke and heat exhaust openings, the number of required NSHEVS can be reduced - significantly simplifying planning and implementation.

Locking drives provide additional security on large windows when the holding force of the drive is not sufficient for locking. They ensure the assured driving rain tightness and joint permeability.
