The EA-K-30 chain drive offers various standard strokes from 600mm to 1200mm with 300 N push and pull force in an anodized aluminum housing. The chain drive with stroke 400mm has 400 N tensile and compressive force. With its compact and visually appealing design, the EA-K-30 chain drive is suitable for demanding residential and commercial objects. The chain drive can be used for the automation of inward and outward opening windows, flaps and side-hung sashes, especially the EA-K-30 is suitable for small and light sashes. The installation is possible on main closing edges. The field of application is smoke and heat extraction and natural ventilation.
As part of the SIMON SHEV, the EA-K-30 chain drive unit is tested and certified as a NSHEV with various profile systems in accordance with DIN EN 12101-2. As standard, the drive unit has a soft start and a soft close. The soft close ensures reduced speed in CLOSE direction, 75 mm before the end position, as well as lower force for seal relief.
Fast parameterization via software analysis tool
Equipped with the latest microprocessor technology, the EA-K-30 can be parameterized quickly and on site via the SIMON LINK software interface. Settings such as stroke shortening and force adjustment are possible, as are maintenance and evaluation of the running cycles. This prevents unjustified liability claims and guarantees fast maintenance and parameterization.
