• It is quite easy to protect cabinets and drawers (especially in the office) in such a way that unauthorized persons can no longer look into your files or have access to your valuables. Effeff has specially developed the compact locks 1048.10 and 1049.10 for secure locking of (wooden) furniture.
• They are versatile, compact and very easy to use. Compact locks can be used instead of the usual mechanical locks or additionally as electrical access control.
• They can be installed either from the side or from the front, thus adapting to any installation situation. It does not matter whether drawers or doors are locked.
• A potential-free changeover contact is available as an option, which can be used in a variety of ways: For example, it indicates the opening status of the door or can also be used for evaluation. It can also be used for other switching functions so that, for example, the lighting is switched on at the same time as the door is opened.
• In the simplest case, the door can be locked by means of a key switch. If the locking is to be controlled, logged and monitored electronically, the compact locking system can be combined with a code or card reading system.
• The version with feedback contact also has a potential-free changeover contact that can be used to monitor the door's opening status.
